Transfer of employee could not have been stayed by the Court below merely on the ground that the Company has not provided guaranteed accommodation. In the absence of any finding that it was not medically feasible to comply with transfer by three employees from One place to another place, the court will not interfere. Merely that the plant can be run at profit at present place, the court cannot interfere in transfer.
