Unions oppose labour court’s handling of gratuity dispute cases - December 15, 2011

Although the state government's recent move to allow labour courts rather than the labour department to handle gratuity dispute cases, was enforced with an intention to simplify and speeden up the dispute solving procedure, it doesn’t seem to have gone down well with unions, who are now opposing this move.
