Union Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saqr Ghobash Saeed Ghobash, Minister of Labour of UAE, on manpower to address issues in areas like recruitment and employment generation, responsibilities of employers and workers and labour laws for protection of labour of the host country.
