There are many questions that are raised on the implementation and success of MGNREGA scheme launched by the government. It is seen that the due to non-payment of wages on time is one of the essential factor of failure.
There are many questions that are raised on the implementation and success of MGNREGA scheme launched by the government. It is seen that the due to non-payment of wages on time is one of the essential factor of failure. And delay in payment is due to inadequate bank penetration, postal network and human resource. To overcome it and make MGNREGA scheme success, government is planning to introduce a scheme of advance payment of wages to the labourers which can be adjusted to actual payment due as per their attendance and work done.
