Our focus is on answering your question: ‘am I paid what I should get?’
After all, if you don’t know how much someone else is getting for doing the same job as you, how do you know you’re being fairly paid?
Or if you’re preparing to talk about pay with your employer, wouldn’t it be handy to know how much other people doing the same job earned in other companies? And what if you’re thinking of changing direction in your career? One thing that will almost certainly be on your mind is whether there is a pay rise or a pay cut awaiting you.
